Sending your laser project: Netherlands and Belgium
You can discuss your project with our workshop in Breda from anywhere in the Netherlands or Belgium. Product delivery and English-language contact are available.
Start with the product and your idea
Before sending a product, share a photo, material information, dimensions, quantity and the desired engraving position. Tell us whether the items are identical or have different names, numbers or designs. Include your preferred receiving date and delivery address.
We assess the material, coating, shape and access to the engraving position. For products you already own, please wait until we have agreed the feasibility and shipping arrangements before sending them.
Artwork and data lists
Email your logo, text or data list after the initial contact. Explain which information stays the same and which changes per item. Use the same project reference in follow-up messages so your files can be matched to the correct enquiry. We check the artwork and discuss any details that need adjustment before production.
Dimensions and machine limits
Only the fibre laser has a working area of 120 × 120 mm. The other laser has a working area of 910 × 610 mm. For suitable cylindrical products, we use a rotary attachment with a maximum product diameter of 130 mm.
These dimensions do not guarantee that every product fits. Product height, shape, fixturing, material and the reachable engraving position also matter. We assess the intended work before confirming the order.
Agreeing the schedule
Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. For larger projects, we agree the lead time individually. We confirm the schedule after checking stock and the proposed work.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Share any deadline in advance so we can discuss the receiving date in the proposal.
Packaging, delivery and costs
We agree packaging, the delivery address and shipping costs as part of your proposal. If you supply your own products, also discuss how to pack them and the return address before sending them. Shipping costs are confirmed for the specific project.
Products can be delivered to the Netherlands and Belgium. Vehicle lettering and exterior signage installation remains available in Breda and the surrounding area, by appointment.
