Glass engraving
Give suitable glassware a personal detail with a name, logo or short message. From a corporate batch to a single gift, we assess the glass composition, shape and engraving position before agreeing the work.

A frosted design on clear glass
Laser engraving usually creates a frosted design in the surface of suitable glass. A silhouette, name or clearly arranged logo can contrast with the transparent material. It is not printing in your brand colours. The background behind the glass and the size of the detail affect how well the design can be seen.
Rotary engraving: maximum diameter 130 mm
We use the CO₂ laser for suitable glass. For suitable cylindrical glassware, a rotary attachment turns the product during engraving. Its maximum product diameter is 130 mm. Diameter alone does not guarantee suitability: curvature, taper, height, a handle or stem and workholding must also be considered. A design extending around the glass needs a separate assessment. The 120 × 120 mm engraving field applies only to the separate fibre laser.
Business glassware, gifts and variable names
A consistent logo can create a recognisable business presentation or gift set. Names, dates and short messages can make an individual gift personal. For a batch, one calm layout with a changing name often gives a coherent result. Use the longest name when choosing the design and provide one checked list linking each name to the correct glass.
Glass composition and the real product
Ordinary glass, crystal, hardened glass and specialist finishes do not necessarily respond in the same way. Tell us the precise product and any coatings. Send a photograph of the whole object and the proposed engraving area. We check whether the details of your logo remain useful at the actual size. For unfamiliar or fragile glass, we discuss feasibility and, where appropriate, a trial piece and its cost. Do not send a unique or irreplaceable item before assessment. Preparing your request
Include the glass type or product link, overall dimensions and diameter, a photograph, quantity, design and position, variable names and preferred receipt date. An original logo or illustration is helpful. A photograph requires separate assessment of contrast, detail, resolution and glass shape. The colours in a photograph do not transfer as colours in the engraved glass. Send files by email after initial contact.
Safe supply and delivery
Obtain agreement before shipping your own glasses. Protect each glass individually so pieces cannot move against one another, and discuss return packaging. Bringing and collecting items in Breda is by appointment only. We deliver products to the Netherlands and Belgium; packaging and shipping costs are agreed for your order.
Lead time and quotation
Preparation, design detail, engraving size, positioning and quantity affect the quotation. An individual gift can be discussed; any minimum quantity is agreed for the specific order. Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. We confirm the schedule after checking stock and execution. Larger projects are planned individually. An enquiry is not an order; production starts after agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Can any wine glass, beer glass or carafe be engraved?
Not automatically. Composition, shape, dimensions and access determine feasibility. Send the exact product or clear photographs for assessment.
Can the logo be engraved in colour?
The laser does not add full-colour ink. We discuss a frosted marking on suitable glass. If colour is essential, mention it so another personalisation technique can be considered.
Can each glass have a different name?
Yes, for a suitable batch. Provide a checked list with the exact name for each glass and approve spelling before the order is final.
Can I order one glass as a gift?
You can submit the glass and your idea for assessment. We quote the preparation and engraving, and agree any minimum quantity for that project.
Can a detailed drawing or photograph be used?
Send the original image and desired size. Contrast, fine detail and glass shape determine whether it can be reproduced successfully.
