Google Analytics distinguishes visits and sessions. Only after consent. In our configuration, a maximum of 60 days; we do not extend this period on each visit. We delete these cookies when consent is withdrawn.

Google may remember advertising clicks to attribute enquiries to advertisements. Only after consent to Statistics and Advertising measurement; a maximum of 90 days. When consent is withdrawn, we delete existing cookies in this category.

WordPress administration cookies

Only for authorised administrators, including wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie and wp-settings-*. Needed for signing in and administration settings; from one session to a maximum of one year for preferences. Ordinary visitors do not need an administrator account.

What do we measure with Google Analytics?

After consent, we measure page views and general website interactions, such as scrolling, outbound clicks and downloads. For a successfully submitted quotation enquiry, we measure an enquiry and potentially the selected service category, form and service page. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, messages and product descriptions are not sent to Analytics.

We remove query parameters and fragments from the page URL sent by our measurement code. Only after separate consent to Advertising measurement may the Google click identifiers gclid, gbraid, wbraid and their source code gclsrc be sent so an enquiry can be linked to an advertisement.

Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics. Google may also process information outside the European Economic Area. The Google data processing terms apply. Additional account data sharing is disabled. User and event information is retained for two months; this does not determine the retention period of aggregated reports. See also Google’s privacy policy.

We also use Google Tag Manager to manage our measurement configuration. The SDLG container is loaded only after consent to both Statistics and Advertising measurement. In this configuration, the container contains no additional Analytics or conversion tags, so an enquiry is not counted twice.

Protecting the quotation form

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on pages containing the quotation form to limit automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP address and browser and device information. This protection loads when you open the form page. We do not use a pre-clearance cookie for access to the entire website. Read the Turnstile privacy policy.

Advertising measurement and external links

With consent to Statistics and Advertising measurement, we link successfully submitted engraving and textile enquiries to Google Ads through Google Analytics. This measures which advertisements generate enquiries. We do not use personalised advertising or remarketing audiences for this purpose. Form contents and contact details are not sent.

This configuration does not use an embedded social media feed. Social media and review links open the other website only after you click them. The privacy rules of that website apply there.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of each page to change your choice. Withdrawing Advertising measurement consent stops attribution to advertisements. Withdrawing statistics consent also stops Analytics measurement. The page may reload for this purpose.

You can also delete cookies through your browser; we will then ask for your choice again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent.
