From the right laser process to a recognisable business identity. Explore materials, techniques and choices that determine the result.
The difference is in the choices
Guidance on laser engraving, workwear and signage
A good result often starts with a better question. Which material suits the use? How small can a logo be? When should you choose embroidery or printing? These guides help prepare those decisions and link to relevant services.
Fine logo lines need different treatment from large building letters. Use matters too: will a product go outdoors, clothing be washed frequently or a mark need to scan reliably? We assess artwork and detail alongside the product, explaining suitable options and adaptations.

About these practical guides
SDLG publishes these guides from Breda, the Netherlands. They explain material choices, laser processes, workwear and signage. Read about SDLG and our approach and explore our documented customer projects for examples of completed work.
General guidance is not a product test. For your project we assess the material, surface, dimensions and artwork before confirming the execution. The fibre work area is 120 × 120 mm; the other laser has a 910 × 610 mm work area. Suitable cylindrical products can be engraved using a rotary, up to a maximum diameter of 130 mm, subject to assessment.
We accept enquiries from the Netherlands and Belgium in Dutch or English. Include the material, product dimensions, artwork, quantity, delivery country and preferred date. We confirm planning after checking stock and execution; transport time is separate.
