22 engraved business gifts, with one logo on three products. For FM Technical Services in Roosendaal, SDLG engraved ten yellow insulated bottles, ten fleece scarves and two fleece jackets. The end-of-year gifts for clients were delivered in December 2025.

The request: a personal thank-you for clients
Floris Muller, owner of FM Technical Services, wanted a consistent company logo across different materials. The soft, fluffy fleece required particular attention. The customer initially considered printing; SDLG suggested laser engraving.
Engraving insulated bottles: removing the yellow coating
On the ten bottles, the laser removed selected areas of yellow coating to reveal the logo. A rotary attachment allowed each round bottle to turn during engraving.
The lengthwise logo contrasts clearly with the yellow coating. On the engraved insulated bottle, the design is therefore created by removing coating.
Why laser engraving on fleece?
SDLG advised against printing on these fleece items because their fluffy texture made print adhesion difficult. With Floris’s agreement, an engraving was tried using a very low laser setting.
This produced a subtle, dark logo. The scarf photograph shows how different the same design looks on soft fleece compared with the yellow bottle. The scarves and jackets were engraved: their logo was neither embroidered nor printed.
The result: 22 engraved business gifts with their own character
The complete series was intended for FM Technical Services’ clients. Floris was very pleased with the material advice and the result.
