Water bottle engraving
Take your brand with you. Personalise suitable water bottles or travel cups with a company logo, a name or both. For your team, an onboarding kit or a personal gift, we adapt the position to the exact model.
A personal detail for daily use
A logo and a name make a bottle feel personal and help a team distinguish individual items. Choose the position with handling in mind: a logo hidden behind a grip or strong curve may be less effective. Coating, base material, shape and diameter determine the possible execution. We check whether the details of your logo remain workable on the chosen product and whether the layout is identical or the names vary.
Rotary engraving up to 130 mm diameter
A rotary attachment turns suitable cylindrical bottles and cups during engraving. The maximum product diameter is 130 mm. Not every model fits automatically: height, taper, curvature, handles, projecting parts and workholding must also be assessed. A design around the full bottle needs a separate assessment of positioning and alignment. Tell us the dimensions of the entire bottle as well as the requested design.
Coating and base material
On a suitable coated bottle, the laser can remove coating locally to reveal the material underneath. Bare metal requires a different marking approach. Colour and contrast follow from the product construction; engraving is not printing in freely chosen brand colours. Existing printing, damage or an unfamiliar finish must be disclosed before we confirm the work.
Logo, name and position
Decide which element has priority: logo, name or short message. Fine lettering and small gaps in a logo need enough room. Send the longest name as well as the full checked list, and specify whether one or two positions are needed. For an onboarding kit, a simple logo on one side and a name on the other may work well. Link every name to the correct bottle colour and model; similar coatings can still respond differently.
Teams, business gifts and single items
A consistent design can be prepared for suitable team bottles or cups. You can also enquire about one bottle as a gift. If no product has been chosen, explain the recipient, occasion and desired appearance. You can discuss matching workwear or a printed bag as part of the same brand presentation. Each product is assessed before execution is agreed.
Maintenance and performance
We engrave the exterior of suitable products. Tell us any special use requirements and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the complete item, including coating, lid and seals. Engraving alone does not establish dishwasher resistance or insulation performance. Mention maintenance requirements during product selection.
Prepare your request
Provide the exact model or link, material and coating, photographs, overall height and diameter, engraving size and position, artwork, quantity, different names and colours, and preferred receipt date. Send files by email after initial contact. Preparation, engraving area, positions and quantity affect the quote. Supply your own bottles only after assessment and agreement.
Delivery and timing
We deliver products to the Netherlands and Belgium; packaging and shipping charges are agreed for the order. Bring or collect products in Breda by appointment only. Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. We confirm timing after checking stock and the proposed work; larger projects are scheduled individually. An enquiry is not an order and production starts after approval.
Frequently asked questions
Can you engrave my own bottle?
Send photographs and specifications. Material, shape, dimensions, existing printing and damage are assessed before you supply it.
Can the design go all around the bottle?
Rotary processing makes suitable round objects possible, but a wraparound design needs extra assessment of model, workholding and alignment. State this requirement explicitly.
Can a logo and individual name be combined?
We assess the available space and suitable positions. Send the logo and name list separately and specify one or more positions.
Can I order one bottle as a gift?
Yes, you can submit that request. Explain the gift and intended name or message; suitability and preparation determine the quote.
Can a batch contain different bottle colours?
It can be requested. List model, colour and quantity and connect each name to the right variant. Coatings are assessed individually before the batch is confirmed.
Can an engraved travel cup go in the dishwasher?
Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions. Engraving does not change those instructions into a dishwasher guarantee.
