Choose the product and message first. We then assess material, shape and available space. Long text will not fit every item; sometimes a short phrase with space around it works better. Already bought the gift? Send a photograph and product details before bringing or shipping it to us.

Production schedule and delivery
Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. For larger projects, we agree the lead time individually. The schedule is confirmed after checking stock and the proposed work. Shipping transit time is separate from production time. For installation, location, access and the appointment are agreed separately.
Products can be delivered to the Netherlands and Belgium. Visits, drop-off and collection in Breda are by appointment only. See our delivery and shipping guidance.

Tell us the occasion, product, exact text, quantity and required receipt date. For an item you already own, send photographs and product details after initial contact; supply it only after assessment and agreement.
