2 Add your logo

PNG, JPG or a simple SVG with text converted to outlines. Maximum 6 MB / 16 megapixels. For PDF, export as PNG or SVG first.

3 Adjust your engraving

Adjust logo and contrast

A laser does not reproduce print colours. The preview translates your logo into one engraving effect. A transparent logo is preferable.

An impression of the effect, with advice from SDLG.

This example is indicative. Material, coating, finish and laser settings affect the actual result. The frame shows this example’s engraving area; it does not confirm that every product fits. Only the fibre laser has a working area of 120 × 120 mm; the other laser has a working area of 910 × 610 mm. SDLG checks your artwork and technical feasibility. The lead time is confirmed after checking stock.

Illustrative AI product examples. The stainless steel identification plate, aluminium nameplate, aluminium key tag, wooden serving board, wooden coaster and glass award are generated examples. Choose your material first, then select the product under ‘Product example’. The dimensions shown refer to the example area in the Studio, not a measured product. SDLG confirms the actual product, material and engraving area before production.

From your logo to a suitable engraving

A company logo on a corporate gift, a recognisable mark on a product or a personal design: the Laser Preview Studio gives you a first impression. SDLG in Breda then assesses the actual material, available space and your artwork.

Which materials can I explore?

Compare the effect on brushed stainless steel, black anodised aluminium, wood and glass. Material samples are illustrative. A coating, wood grain or glass type may change the final result.

Can you engrave cylindrical products too?

Yes. We use a rotary attachment for suitable cylindrical products, with a maximum product diameter of 130 mm. Material, shape and fixturing determine whether your product is suitable. The Laser Preview Studio currently shows flat examples. For a cylindrical product, include a photo, its height and diameter and your intended engraving position with your enquiry; SDLG assesses the approach.

Is my preview ready for production?

No. The preview helps explain your requirements. SDLG checks details, contrast, material and positioning on the product. Your enquiry is not a confirmed order.

When will my engraving be ready?

Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. For larger projects, we agree the lead time individually. We confirm the schedule after checking stock and the feasibility of your enquiry. Enter a preferred arrival date in the form so we can assess what is possible. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
