Engraving customer-supplied products
Your product, a personal detail. Have an object or a whole batch already? We assess whether it is suitable for engraving. Start with photographs, material information and your idea; then we agree execution and supply.

Assessment before shipping
Send an overview photograph and a detail of the proposed engraving area, along with the material, total dimensions and logo or text. This lets us assess proportion, access and the feasibility of fine detail. Bring or ship products only after the approach has been agreed. Unknown alloys, paint layers or composite plastics may respond unexpectedly. For unique or valuable objects, we discuss the uncertainties and whether a trial is useful or possible. A trial is not a standard promise for every request.
The whole object matters
A base material name does not tell the whole story: a bottle may have a coating and a wooden object may already be varnished. Shape determines whether the intended position is reachable. Provide brand or model, a product link or specification, and photographs showing handles, edges, curves and projecting sections. Report existing printing, coatings and damage. A photograph with a ruler helps explain the dimensions, but is not a dimensionally accurate production drawing.
Machine fields and cylindrical products
The fibre laser has an engraving field of 120 × 120 mm. The larger laser has a working area of 910 × 610 mm. These dimensions are not universal guarantees for the overall product; height, positioning, material and access also matter. For suitable cylindrical objects we use a rotary attachment with a maximum product diameter of 130 mm. State height and diameter so shape and workholding can be assessed.
Business batches and personal gifts
Suitable purchased items can carry a company logo, unique numbers or names. A single personal gift can also be discussed. For several product types, identify material, model and quantity for each variant and link each desired text to a clear reference. A small, well-positioned detail can preserve the character of the original object rather than filling every available surface.
Agree the result before processing
We discuss position, size and achievable appearance. A sample may be useful for an unfamiliar material or a batch with particular requirements. Sample availability, cost and assessment are agreed beforehand. Laser processing is permanent and cannot simply be reversed. If the material is unknown or the outcome insufficiently predictable, we may decline the work or suggest an alternative. A name or short text does not make every material automatically suitable.
Organise supply and return
Agree which products will arrive, the timing and return arrangements before shipping. Give each variant a reference matching its names or numbering list. Protect objects individually and label the packaging rather than the engraving area. Include an item count and the agreed project reference. For mixed items, assess suitability separately. Collection and delivery at Heusing 10K in Breda are by appointment only.
Quote, delivery and lead time
Product assessment, preparation, engraving size, positioning and quantity determine the quote. We deliver products throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, agreeing packaging and shipping charges for the order. Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. Timing is confirmed after stock and execution checks; larger projects are planned individually. Customer supply arrangements and transit time are considered separately. An enquiry is not an order; work starts after agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send the product straight away?
Please contact us first with photographs and product information. We confirm suitability, execution and supply arrangements before you ship it.
Can one personal gift be engraved?
You can enquire. Suitability and preparation determine feasibility and cost; a short message is not suitable for every material automatically.
What if I do not know the material?
A product link, packaging or manufacturer specification may help. Appearance alone cannot reliably identify the composition. We cannot confirm processing without adequate information.
Is a trial engraving always necessary?
Not always. It may be useful for an unfamiliar combination or particular requirements. We agree sample availability, any cost and the assessment beforehand.
Can you replace or conceal an existing engraving?
An engraving cannot simply be removed. Send a sharp photograph and describe the change. We assess extra text or another position, without promising invisible restoration or guaranteed coverage.
Can I provide several different products together?
After assessment of each type. List material, model and quantity per variant and link each exact text to a recognisable reference.
