Keyring engraving for identification and presentation
A keyring is a small product that is handled often. A clear name, room number or compact logo may be more useful than lots of small text. SDLG checks the design at the chosen size and considers engraving, product shape and fastening together.
For business use, identification may matter more than a bold image. Consistent numbering helps when issuing keys; a personal message can take priority for a gift. Tell us whether both sides may be used. Material, finish and ring position determine the options.

Give key handovers a distinctive detail.
A keyring is a small but visible detail for a new workplace, vehicle handover or guest welcome. Decide whether it should primarily show your brand or provide practical identification. This determines the information needed and a comfortable size for a set of keys.
A recognisable business gift
A clear logo on suitable material can coordinate with other engraved business gifts. Discuss model and quantity for the occasion.
Keys for guests and teams
A number or short code can help organise key issue. For simple functional identification, also compare tags and labels .
A name for each recipient
Personalise the batch with different names. You can also request one keyring as a gift; preparation and specification are discussed beforehand.

Wood
Grain and natural colour give each keyring its own appearance. We assess engraving contrast and daily-use suitability for the selected wood and finish.

Acrylic
A custom outline can make your logo recognisable. Not every logo detail suits cutting: narrow connections and small separate parts may limit the design. We assess thickness, hole position and space around the engraving together. Read more about acrylic engraving and cutting.

Metal
A suitable metal model has a different feel and surface. Coating and alloy affect the result; engraving does not automatically reproduce a full-colour logo.
A keyring places load on the hole and edge. We assess shape and fastening as well as the engraving surface. An image alone is not a tested product specification.

Supply your logo separately and use one row per keyring for name or code, material variant and quantity. Specify front and back content separately. Our artwork guidance helps with artwork. If you have bought keyrings, have your own products assessed before shipping them.
From idea to proposal
What affects the price?
Material, existing model or custom outline, one or two engraved sides, quantity and individual names affect the proposal. Ring, packaging and any product preparation are agreed separately.
SDLG works from Breda and delivers products throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Visits, drop-offs and collection at Heusing 10K are by appointment only. Can you engrave both sides?
Yes, on a suitable keyring. Specify content and reading direction for each side. A logo on the front and name on the back need a different layout from two identical sides. Shape, ring position and finish determine options; a second engraved side affects the proposal.
Can the keyring have the shape of my logo?
A custom outline can be discussed for suitable cutting materials, such as appropriate wood or acrylic. We assess connections, hole position and size. We do not promise a laser-cut metal outline.
Can each keyring have a different name?
Yes, with a suitable specification. Supply a checked name list and state whether logo and placement stay the same across the batch.
Can I reorder the same keyrings later?
Quote the earlier specification and reference when requesting additions. We check model or material availability again and agree any differences.
What if my logo has too much fine detail?
Send the original logo. We assess which details stay legible at the actual size. A compact logo or a version without a small service line may fit better. Any adaptation is agreed with you so the keyring remains recognisably yours.
Can I have one keyring made as a personal gift?
You can request one item too. Include the name or message, required material and arrival date. We assess the model and preparation and explain options and costs. Also explore our personalised gifts if you are still choosing a product.
