Apron printing and embroidery

Hospitality in every detail.

Printed or embroidered aprons make your team recognisable, from coffee shop to retail and workshop. SDLG in Breda advises on model, colour and logo position, giving your identity its own detail on an apron that works comfortably.

Careful choices make the difference

Apron printing or embroidery as part of your identity

An apron reflects the place where it is worn. A restrained design suits a different atmosphere from a distinctive print. Consider interior, team clothing and how staff work with guests or customers. Personalisation can strengthen that identity while keeping the apron practical.

Pockets, straps and adjusters determine the clear area. A pocket logo needs different assessment from a chest design. SDLG checks detail on the selected model and advises on embroidery or printing. Specify washing frequency and your business care requirements.

Options

An appearance that works with you.

Baristas, retail staff and makers use aprons differently. Consider coverage, movement, pockets and washing frequency to guide model and fabric. Personalisation then goes where it remains visible and does not hinder use.

Service and reception

A recognisable team gives your premises a smart appearance. Combine aprons with polo shirts or other workwear in suitable colours.

Retail and workshop

An apron can be part of a recognisable work outfit. Specify which pockets are used and where the logo should stay visible.

Individual names

A name or role adds a personal detail. For names that can be changed independently of clothing, explore name badges.

Choices & specification

From model to a considered detail.

01

Coverage and fit

A bib apron offers a different logo area from a waist apron. Compare length, width, neck or shoulder straps and fastening with the tasks. Staff must be able to bend, sit and walk. Dimensions and adjustment matter for one-size models too; share different wearing requirements before choosing.

02

Logo position and pockets

Specify where the logo should be seen when worn. A chest logo has different proportions from artwork below the waist. Leave space around straps, seams and pockets; a pocket position is not accessible on every model. We assess the process while considering the intended pocket function.

03

Printing or embroidery

An embroidered logo adds a textured detail. Printing may suit a larger image, several colours or a campaign. Fabric texture, coating, logo size and washing determine suitability. Supply small straplines and fine lines in the original file; we assess legibility at actual size.

Tell us your washing routine beforehand: temperature, drying and any professional laundry process. Both apron and personalisation must suit it. A blank model’s label does not automatically cover the chosen printing or embroidery. Care instructions also apply to detachable straps or other details.

Preparing your enquiry

This helps us get started.

  • Tasks and intended apron model.
  • Preferred fabric colour, length and straps.
  • Quantity and any different variants.
  • Logo, names and positions.
  • Washing routine, required date and delivery location.

List model, colour, quantity and any name per variant. Check spelling, capitals and the longest name. Email the original logo after contact; our artwork guidance helps with file choice. An interior or existing-clothing photograph can explain the appearance required but is not an exact colour reference.

From idea to proposal

What affects the price?

Apron model, quantity, logo size and process affect the price. Names, multiple positions and different designs may need extra preparation. Specify how many aprons are used at once and spare stock for washing so the quotation covers a workable kit.

SDLG works from Breda and delivers personalised clothing throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Visits and collection at Heusing 10K are by appointment only. Specify the required receipt date and delivery location; the proposal includes schedule and shipping costs. See our contact details and directions to our workshop.

Your first idea is enough to start a conversation.

Useful to know

Frequently asked questions.

Have a different question? Ask us about your project.

Can you supply long and short aprons?

We discuss suitable models for tasks and appearance. Availability, dimensions and specification are confirmed in the proposal.

Can the logo go on a pocket?

This depends on construction and process. We assess access and whether the pocket remains usable.

Are the aprons suitable for industrial washing?

This must be checked for both garment and finishing. Specify temperature, washing process and other requirements beforehand.

Can I add names alongside the logo?

Individual names can be discussed. Supply spelling and quantity per variant so layout and price can be agreed.

Can different apron models share one identity?

Yes, we can discuss a bib apron and shorter style together. Logo, colour and proportions are coordinated; position need not be identical. Compare branded polo shirts for clothing visible above or below the apron.

What works when staff share aprons?

A fixed business logo without individual names can simplify shared stock. For staff identification, discuss a separate name badge with a fastening suited to the apron and use. Specify how many aprons are worn together and how washing rotations work.
