Real customer work for FM Technical Services: one of ten engraved insulated bottles within an order of 22 year-end gifts.
From our workshop
A company logo on ten insulated bottles.
For FM Technical Services in Roosendaal, SDLG engraved ten yellow insulated bottles. The laser removed selected areas of the coating to reveal the logo. We used a rotary attachment for the cylindrical bottles.
The bottles were part of an order of 22 year-end gifts: ten insulated bottles, ten fleece scarves and two fleece jackets. Each material received an appropriate execution. View the complete customer project →
What would you like to give customers or employees?
Tell us the product, quantity, logo or message and receipt date. If you already have products, specify the brand, model, material and dimensions, then send a photograph after initial contact. For different names, tell us how many text variations are needed.
We assess the material and engraving position before confirming the order. The agreed execution depends on your chosen product.
Careful choices make the difference
Choose engraved business gifts with the recipient in mind
A good business gift suits its recipient. Think about where the product will be used: on a desk, while travelling, within a team or at home. This gives a clearer starting point than simply looking for a large engraving area. SDLG helps you choose a product and personalisation the recipient will want to use.
Alongside the quantity, specify a budget, presentation date and any individual names. A mixed set needs coordination across materials: a logo looks different on wood than on a coated bottle. We assess fine detail for each product and aim for consistency in position and appearance.
Options
Choose the product for the occasion.
Welcoming a new colleague, thanking a client or leaving something tangible after a meeting calls for different choices. Tell us who the gift is for, how it will be presented and your budget. We then explore suitable options.
For your team
For a welcome, anniversary or team thank-you: a practical product with each employee’s name. Consider water bottles and insulated cups. One fixed layout keeps the set consistent, even when names differ.
For clients and business contacts
A logo or short message on suitable wood, glass or metal. Our guides to wood engraving and glass engraving explain the material considerations.
As part of a brand presentation
Combine an engraved item with textiles or print and signage for a recognisable presentation.
Material & process
Three choices make a gift personal.
01
The recipient
Consider where the gift will be used: on the move, at work or at home. Choose a product for that situation. Specify whether everyone receives the same item or different groups and versions are needed.
02
The message
A small logo can leave room for a name, date or personal message. Decide what the recipient should notice first. We assess detail for each material: the same engraving looks different on wood, metal and glass.
03
The presentation date
Specify the day you will give the gifts and the required arrival date. Tell us whether packaging, a card or sorting by team is needed. We confirm availability and timing for the selected combination.
The examples shown are not a fixed stock catalogue. Availability, material suitability and personalisation are confirmed for your selection. If you already own products, send the details and a photograph first.
Preparing your enquiry
This helps us get started.
- Occasion, recipients and required quantity.
- Your product idea or preferred material and style.
- Logo, message and any individual recipient names.
- Budget and presentation or packaging requirements.
- Required arrival date and delivery location.
An original logo or vector file is useful. If you only have a photograph or sketch, send it for assessment first. Supply files by email after initial contact.
From idea to proposal
What affects the price?
Product, personalisation, preparation, quantity and any packaging determine the proposal together. Individual names or different versions are considered separately. You can combine several services in one enquiry for a coordinated business presentation.
SDLG works from Breda and delivers products throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Visits, drop-offs and collection at Heusing 10K are by appointment only. Tell us your preference when enquiring; we agree the schedule, packaging and shipping costs. See our contact details and directions to our workshop.
Still exploring? Your first idea is enough to start a conversation.
Can you help if I have not chosen a product?
Yes. Describe the occasion, recipients, quantity and budget. This helps us advise on relevant products and personalisation.
Can every gift have a different name?
For suitable products, we can prepare a fixed layout with different names. Supply one checked list, including quantities and any product variants. See batch engraving for guidance and a sample file.
Can you deliver gifts across the Netherlands and Belgium?
Provide the delivery location and required date. We include a suitable delivery method and costs in the proposal. Several delivery addresses require a separate agreement.
Can you also arrange packaging or matching print?
Tell us how you want to present the gift. We discuss suitable options and can combine the enquiry with printed materials or other signage products.
Which budget should I specify?
Ideally, give an amount per recipient or a total budget and state whether the product, personalisation, packaging and shipping should fit within it. Specify whether your budget includes or excludes VAT, so proposals can be compared on the same basis.
Can I give a small group something more personal?
Tell us about the group, occasion and attention you want to give each recipient. A name, short message or different version can add meaning. Product availability, preparation and quantity together determine which combination is feasible.
A practical gift with a personal detail.
Explore engraved chopping and serving boards or have your own products assessed before supplying the batch.
A small gift that travels every day.
Compare pens with a logo or name and engraved key rings. The material, recipient and occasion guide the choice.
Celebrating an achievement or anniversary?
Give recognition a personal form with an engraved award, trophy or anniversary gift. We discuss the object, name, message and presentation date.
Combine an engraved gift with print.
Explore mugs with your logo or message and merchandise for your brand. Different personalisation processes can then work together in one gift or campaign.
From idea to finished product
Who would you like to make something special for?
Tell us who the gift is for, the occasion and quantity. A budget and required arrival date help us advise. You do not need to have chosen a product yet: a style, material or initial idea is enough.
- You receive a response within 24 hours.
- Lead time: 1–5 working days, subject to stock availability. For larger projects, we agree the lead time individually. The schedule is confirmed after checking stock and the proposed work.
- Split deliveries can be discussed.
